Thoughts of food and eating can end up taking over your life and you can feel not in control around food. I'm guessing you've already tried lots of different diets and methods to stop but it doesn't last.
It doesn't last because the eating problem or binge eating is the presenting symptom. The real issues are what is underneath that. What unprocessed emotions, thoughts, beliefs do you have that are causing your eating problems. This is what I help you to work on.
