It is well-known that eating disorders and eating problems can stem from our childhood. Abuse, trauma, abandonment, neglect, and a lack of love and emotional care can lead us to turn to food for the love and comfort we need.

By healing the past, we are better able to cope with our emotions and stressful situations. We can start to feel love and have compassion for ourselves.

This then enables you to stop to have a new relationship with food and yourself.
